Relocating and designing this 7,000 square foot
investment banking firm into Carlsbad Ranch
Corporate Center was achieved using the national
office design standards and the building design
standards.
Care
was taken to transition the building finishes with
the finishes of the firm. Mahogany and maple
woods were used throughout to blend the two finish
standards. The buildings granite and limestone
floors were also introduced into the lobby design of
the new office. Special custom design improved
the function of the mail room and broker ticketing
functions for a more productive atmosphere. The new
office underscored the firms image as a successful
and up-to-date business. |
