Ranch Corpo-rate Center is a 43,000 square foot
3-story Class A office building. The office building
offers new tenants a panoramic ocean view on one
side and the Legoland theme park on the other side.
The exterior granite and limestone façade coor-dinate
well with the wood and stone lobby finishes. All
tenant office designs incorporated maximum use of
the prime views for conference rooms, exe-cutive
offices and lobbies. The tenants that are located
off the lobby areas of the building have finishes
designed to compliment the transition into their
office space. Square footages of the building and
tenant spaces were done according to BOMA standards.
The exterior signage directory for the tenants was
done to compliment the building design and finishes
as well.
